THE ARTIST

During her studies in Fine Art, Briony developed a flair for still life: the process of balancing shapes, colour and light within a frame.

From there she started using old window frames to create trompe l’œils, looking in (still life) or looking out (landscape) and has produced several bespoke pieces for windows in houses.

From her studio near Perigueux in the Dordogne, she works in oil, watercolour and enjoys using her draughtsman skills.

Her work encompasses a wide range of subject matter and includes a colourful range of greetings cards.
